THE UNKNOWN LIFE OF THE VIETNAMESE MAKES nails salon near me IN THE GUEST LAND

The unknown life of Vietnamese people doing nail work in foreign land:  Mr. Tung said: "Many people say, working as a nail artist is to get rid of self-esteem. It is very true because customers have all kinds of people. Fortunately, Westerners are. they are very respectful, including sweeper ".

Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, born in 1988, from Huong Son, My Duc (Hanoi), moved to Russia in 2008. He currently lives in Cmonilo, house No. 114, Chelyabinsk city. Tung is a skilled nail technician at Spa Saigon, under OOO Binlco Corporation. Talking to online newspaper reporter Nguoiduatin.vn, he shared a lot about the life and difficulties of a Vietnamese nail technician in the country.

Sleeping in the picture frame production place for pursuing your passion

Recounting the time when I first entered the profession when I was in Vietnam, Tung made me go from surprise to surprise. Before moving to Russia, Tung learned nail art in Hai Phong for three months and then moved to Hang Non (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi). When he first applied for a job, the shop owner who saw the handsome young man with always fresh face asked: "Can I do it?

When a nail salon owner in Hang Non asked to try her job, Tung straightened her hands and feet, making her very surprised by the beautiful nail set. After an impressive test day, he was accepted by the owner.

The first time he could not rent a house, Tung tried to go to work and in the evening he asked his boss to let him sleep. Seeing that the owner of the shop was puzzled, Tung gave them an identity card, then asked to rent a house because he just moved to Hanoi. He was sent to bed for a month at the photo frame production place, while being dirty and sleeping on the ground on Quoc Tu Giam Street. It took a month for Tung to find a house to rent.

"In the morning to go to work, at night to sleep, I have to walk from Quoc Tu Giam to work. Rain and wind struggled because I love my job. Once, I went back to my uncle's house in Ha Dong and found me hard, she advised. : "Go back to the hometown, what do we do wandering out here? Come back to help build". I just said that I will never quit this job, "Tung said.

Working as a hired worker for more than a year, he intended to open a store but failed, so he decided to move to Russia. At first, he faced a lot of difficulties because of the climate and the working method and the time here. Visitors from Russia requested to do a lot of steps, so Tung had to learn more.

Nail technicians are also prone to being sued

According to Tung, making nail in Vietnam does not need to massage the hands of customers, but Russia takes an hour to complete a set of hands. Russian customers are often more difficult than Vietnamese, which also helps him learn many things.

Tung said: "The price on this side, if compared to Vietnam, is exorbitant. Making manikiu (making water hands) costs VND 210 thousand and making pendikiu (foot repair) is VND490 thousand. If customers only paint simple nails, The price is 70 thousand VND / set, nail painting according to the beauty and fussy about 50,000 VND / 1 nail, fake nails 850,000 VND / 1 set The most expensive nail set is 100 USD. 3D flowers are the most expensive, drawing 3D is cheaper.

Wanting to make good and beautiful nail sets requires the worker to love the profession, persevere and have to be creative, then the soul. For him, a relaxed spirit can create many beautiful styles and must make each guest a different style, to understand what the guest wants.

In Tung's company, there are 30 Vietnamese people, but only he is a nail artist. Others work on herbal spa pills, wellness and restaurant dining. In addition to working directly, Tung also taught a few more people about nail, helping them improve their skills.

Every day, he works 12 hours. He said warmly: "This side is not like Vietnam, guests who want to come have to book in advance. Sometimes they book a week in advance. The admin must arrange the time, then the staff starts to do it. The time regulation is very strict.30 minutes is 30 minutes, the difference is that other customers will be missed, when I first arrived there was pressure, but gradually I got used to it.

Tung shared that because he loved his job, he felt happy when crowded. When he first arrived in Russia, he surprised them by working so quickly. When taking the exam for nail certificate in Russia, everyone witnessed it was too surprised because Tung did the Vietnamese style, but in Vietnam the time was golden.

When asked if it's difficult to bring art to the nail, he claims not. The important thing is that the craftsman has a soul and love the job. Before that, Tung drew samples first, customers liked what they chose. He can draw long and short nails. The difficulty is that many people have short nails, but they insist on drawing exactly like in pictures.

In the city of Tung, only he is a Vietnamese man who does nail art. The price of this nail is quite high, so the Vietnamese are not interested, mainly Russian customers.

The works of Mr. Nguyen Van Tung are very unique

Must get rid of self-esteem

Chatting for a long time, Tung said: "Many people say that working as a nail artist is to get rid of self-esteem. It is very true because customers have all kinds of people. Fortunately, Westerners are very respectful, including people. sweep the garbage ".

"As a boy, sometimes I am embarrassed when I sit to do pedicure for female customers, Tung is embarrassed because they are women, sitting in short skirts while he is working hard to trim their nails. He is ready to get rid of all self-esteem, guilt. Meet fastidious guests, sometimes when they are done, they change their mind to delete, painful like cutting the intestines because of how much passion they have for that nail set. self-esteem because the customer is god ", Mr. Tung added.

At Spa Saigon, which belongs to OOO Binlco Corporation that Tung is working with, there are very strict regulations. If the nail technician finishes and the customer does not like it and complains that it will be fined. If severe, the penalty is the same as the service fee.

"I am fortunate that I have not been punished yet, some staff I teach have also been fined but slight errors just because they do not understand what they say. For example, unable to distinguish colors, not meeting customer requests. Paint to ask customers what color they like, show their respect for them, then advise them to follow them.

In this profession, it is absolutely forbidden for them to force themselves to do what they want. It is like walking for a needle in the seabed. If we want our customers to follow us, we must have very hard skills, highly skilled, ask them how they usually wear, what color, and then advise the customer to follow the custom. It is important that nail technicians remember to do what this time so that next time they have to do differently for customers, to avoid duplication, "Tung shared.

The sadness in the profession with a man dedicated to nail like him is not permeable, Tung said, he was just pissed off because the customers were so crowded, some people liked this one liked the other and worked hard on the workers.

One story that Tung feels most offended when doing nail is that a customer when he first arrived, criticized him for not knowing how to do it. Yet, this guest snapped: "If you break it, I will arrest the temple". This guest pleaded not to do like other salons. In the end, he chose to not do it anymore. That was when Tung was saddest because he had to say he couldn't do it. He said, if they didn't like it, they still disgraced it no matter how beautiful we were.

The times when he had to take dead skin, shave calluses, wear shoes for customers ... was also the time when he was most bored, but because he loved the job, he was still diligent. Language difference, one thing Tung still regretted that was not able to convey all the feelings of art to customers. Tung shared that by the end of this year he plans to return to Vietnam to open his own store.

He explained: "I don't want to work on this side anymore. This job is very toxic, especially when we do fake nails, powdered nails because of the smell of sulfur, very poisonous purple, the process of grinding and shaping nails is very dusty. Fortunately, I work on this side to have a hood, this type of machine in Vietnam has not. However, people in the profession like me do not smell the smell of the nail-making process ... ".
